Coverage & Partners
We ship within Pan India via trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, and DHL. All parcels are tracked end-to-end and remain insured until delivered to your doorstep.
- Tracking: A tracking link is shared by email/SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Delivery attempts: Couriers generally make 2–3 attempts; missed deliveries may be returned to origin.
- Address types: We deliver to residential & commercial addresses. P.O. Boxes are not supported by most partners.
Timelines
- Dispatch: within 1–7 days from order confirmation.
- Transit (India): typically 2–4 business days post-dispatch (location-dependent).
Peak seasons, weather events, or remote locations, can add extra time. We will keep you posted if we foresee delays.
Charges
- India: Free shipping on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (India): additional ₹200 service fee.
- Remote area surcharge: Certain pin codes/countries may attract a courier-imposed surcharge; we’ll notify you before shipping.
Taxes & Duties
- Within India: Applicable taxes/duties are included in the product price.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number. You can monitor progress on the courier’s website. If the link isn’t updating, allow 12–24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address edits are possible before dispatch. After dispatch, rerouting depends on courier policies and may incur fees.
- To request a change, contact us quickly with your order number and the corrected address details.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or refusal, it may return to origin (RTO). On RTO, we can reship (additional shipping/COD fees may apply) or issue a store credit after deducting two-way shipping.
Packaging & Care
Each item is securely packed to minimize transit damage. Please open parcels with care and keep sharp tools away from the product. If the outer box appears tampered or damaged at delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and contacting us immediately.
Split Shipments
For orders with multiple items, we may ship from different warehouses to expedite delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each parcel.
