Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. Please review the eligibility and process below before initiating a request.

To keep things smooth for everyone, returns must be authorized in advance and shipped back using our instructions. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging (boxes, pouches, tags), with the invoice, and in untampered condition.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sets must be returned in full; partial returns from a set are not accepted.
  • For hygiene and safety, any item showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, moisture, or damage will be ineligible.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Email info@amraani.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 9355237837 with your order number within 2 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the item (front/back), outer box, and any issue observed (if applicable) to speed up review.
  • We can arrange at-home pickup; a ₹200 return shipping fee is deducted from your final credit/refund.
  • If pickup is unavailable for your pincode, we’ll provide a return address and ask you to ship using a trackable service.

Keep your tracking receipt until the return is closed. Untracked/lost shipments cannot be credited.

Credits & Refunds

  • Standard outcome: a credit note valid for 1 year from issue.
  • Refunds are issued only for items damaged on opening, after verification of photos and our inspection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
  • For COD orders, approved refunds convert to store credit or bank transfer (we’ll request details securely).
  • Original shipping/COD fees (if any) and the ₹200 pickup fee are non-refundable.

No Refund If

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Two failed delivery attempts by the courier or parcel refused by the recipient.
  • Item returned used, damaged, missing parts, or without original packaging/invoice.
  • Return initiated after the 2-day window or without prior authorization.

Damaged or Tampered Package at Delivery

If the outer packaging looks tampered or damaged, please do not accept the parcel. Refuse delivery and immediately contact us with your order number. If already accepted, keep the packaging and share unboxing photos/videos for verification.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested style/size/colour.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store note so you can choose an alternative.

Inspection & Processing

All returns undergo a quality check upon arrival. Processing typically takes 2–4 working days from delivery to our facility. We’ll notify you once your credit/refund is issued or if we need any further information.

Packing Your Return

  • Place the product in its original box/pouch, then into a sturdy outer carton.
  • Use adequate cushioning to prevent movement and scratches during transit.
  • Include the invoice and write the order number on the outer carton.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside India, duties/taxes paid to local authorities are non-refundable. Return shipping and any re-import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is verified damaged on opening.
